AI voice agents that answer your business phone in Hebrew
An AI phone receptionist for Israeli businesses: it picks up when you're with a client, under a car or already home, works out what the caller needs, books or moves the appointment, hands off to a person when it should — and sends you a summary in English, even if the call was in Hebrew.
- Hebrew, English and Russian on one line
- Says it's an AI assistant and hands off to a person
- Built and supported in Netanya
What is an AI voice agent, and what do we build?
An AI voice agent is software that answers phone calls in natural conversation instead of a "press 1" menu. We build one around your business: it speaks Hebrew, English and Russian, understands why someone is calling, checks your calendar, books and reschedules appointments, answers only from information you've approved, transfers to a person by your rules and sends a summary of each call to WhatsApp, email or your CRM.
Where calls slip through the cracks
"The phone rings exactly when my hands are full"
You're mid-treatment, under a car or serving someone at the counter. The caller won't wait for the seventh ring: they go back to Google and dial the next business on the list. By the time you call back, they may already have booked elsewhere.
"After six and on Fridays, nobody picks up"
Plenty of people only get round to calling in the evening or on Friday morning. Voicemail barely helps: not everyone leaves a message, and whoever plays them back after Shabbat gets a list of numbers with no context.
"Our receptionist answers the same questions all day"
Opening hours, parking, whether there's a slot on Tuesday, how long a treatment takes. Short calls, again and again, while the person standing at the desk waits. The receptionist doesn't need replacing — they need to be freed up for the calls that genuinely need a person.
"Callers speak Hebrew, Russian and English — our phone menu only speaks 'press 1'"
A phone menu makes callers guess which extension they belong to, and an older Russian-speaking customer may simply hang up. A voice agent asks "How can I help?", understands a free answer and holds the conversation in Hebrew, English or Russian. And if you're an oleh whose phone Hebrew is still a work in progress, it takes those calls off your plate.
How we build your voice agent, step by step
Map the calls
You tell us what people call about — or, with your permission, let us listen to a few typical calls. Together we decide which calls the agent completes on its own, which it only records and which go straight to a person.
Write the script and the rules
Approved answers, working hours, what happens on Shabbat and holidays, who gets which transfer — and what the agent never says, such as a price you haven't given it or medical advice.
Pick the voice and connect your systems
A voice for each language, a pronunciation list for your business name, staff and street names, and connections to your calendar, CRM and call forwarding.
Your team test-calls it
Calls from different phones, with background noise, accents, names and numbers. Every mistake is logged and fixed before a real customer hears the agent.
Soft launch
At first the agent only answers after hours, or only when nobody picks up. We read the call log together and tune the script.
Full launch and ongoing tuning
We extend it to more hours and more call types, update it before holidays and business changes, and keep reviewing the calls where it got confused.
What you get
- A call map: what the agent handles end to end, what it only records, what goes straight to a person
- Script and voice in Hebrew, English and Russian, with a pronunciation list for your business, staff and street names
- Phone connection: forwarding from your existing number (always, after hours or when unanswered) or a new number
- Calendar and CRM integration: real availability, booking, rescheduling and cancelling
- Handoff rules: who gets the call, when, and what happens if nobody answers
- A summary of every call to WhatsApp, email or your CRM, plus transcripts and a call log
- Optional: the same agent as a "talk to us" voice button on your website
Where a voice agent earns its keep
Dental or physiotherapy clinic
Booking, moving and cancelling appointments, plus hours, address and parking. The agent doesn't answer medical questions or collect medical details — those calls go to your staff. Before launching at a clinic, have a lawyer check how call data is stored.
Garage
"Is my car ready?" If the job status lives in your system, the agent can check and answer. It also books periodic servicing and prep for the annual vehicle test, and passes callback requests to the right mechanic.
Air-conditioning technicians and service companies
In mid-July the phone never stops and the technicians are out in the field. The agent takes the fault report — address, unit type, what's wrong, how urgent — sends a tidy ticket to your dispatch WhatsApp and puts urgent calls straight through to whoever is on call.
Restaurant or event venue
Table reservations, opening hours, kashrut and gluten-free questions, answered from information you've approved. Event enquiries are logged with the date and number of guests and passed to the manager. Tourists can talk to it in English, regulars in Russian.
How good is voice AI in Hebrew today? An honest answer
Hebrew speech recognition is now good enough for everyday calls: "Can I come in on Tuesday afternoon?" is understood well. The difference between an agent that helps and one that annoys lies in the details, and several of them are harder in Hebrew than in English: first names and surnames from every background, street names and small towns, phone and ID numbers read out at speed, English words dropped mid-sentence, and road or workshop noise. The voice can stumble too: Hebrew is written without vowels, so a word or name sometimes gets the wrong stress, and Hebrew grammar makes you address a man or a woman — a wrong guess is heard immediately. Here is what we do about it:
- A pronunciation list for your business name, staff, services and local streets, checked by ear
- Gender-neutral phrasing, or a natural question when there's no way around it
- Key details — date, time, phone number — read back aloud, then confirmed in writing on WhatsApp
- Test calls with background noise, different accents and fast speech before any customer hears the agent
- A person takes over after a repeated misunderstanding, on complaints and sensitive calls, and whenever the caller asks for one
- If most of your callers are elderly or ring from noisy places, we suggest starting with after-hours calls only
Recordings, privacy and being upfront with callers
Callers should know they're talking to an AI assistant, and not only because it's fair: it prevents misunderstandings. Before launch we decide together whether calls are recorded or only transcribed and summarised, how long the data is kept and where. The legal questions — the recording notice, Israel's Privacy Protection Law and its Amendment 13, sensitive information — are best settled with your lawyer; we build the answers into the system.
- The agent introduces itself as the business's digital assistant and never pretends to be a person
- You can run without recordings: transcript and summary only, or summary only
- Retention periods and access rights are set in advance and documented
- Clinics: appointments and reminders only, no medical information, and a legal check before launch
- We advise against taking card details by voice — a secure payment link on WhatsApp is the better route
Send us a one-minute WhatsApp voice note: what people usually call about, and when. We'll sketch how the agent would handle those calls — and where a person must stay on the line.
What it connects to
- Call forwarding from your existing number
- Virtual PBX (SIP)
- Google Calendar
- CRM
- WhatsApp Business API
- Google Sheets
- n8n
- Website voice widget
If a system has an API, we can usually connect it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you upfront.

What the cost depends on
- How many call types the agent handles: information and bookings only, or also fault reports, orders and status checks
- How many languages: Hebrew only, or English and Russian too — each one is tested separately
- Integrations: a calendar, a CRM, a spreadsheet, or specialised software that needs its own connector
- Telephony: forwarding from your number, a new number or a connection to your PBX
- Call volume and average call length, which drive the running cost
- Extras: a website voice widget, reports, summaries routed to several team members
- Support after launch: script updates, holiday hours and regular call reviews
Voice has a cost that chat doesn't: every minute on the line uses telephony, speech recognition, a synthetic voice and an AI model. So an estimate has two parts: a one-off setup, and a running cost per minute based on how many calls you get and how long they last. Call or WhatsApp us on 050-854-2579 — after a short conversation you get both in writing.
Ownership, privacy and accessibility
Your code and data
Ownership of the code and data is agreed in writing before we start: who owns the source code, the accounts and the information is in the agreement — not something you find out at the end.
Privacy by design
We build with Israel's Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13 in mind: we collect only what's needed, keep secrets on the server and agree with you where the data is stored.
Accessibility built in
Interfaces built with IS 5568 and WCAG AA in mind: keyboard navigation, contrast, screen-reader labels and right-to-left layouts.
AI voice agent: frequently asked questions
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes, and we insist on it. The agent introduces itself as the business's digital assistant at the start of the call and never pretends to be human. Current Hebrew voices sound natural but not flawless: now and then a word or name gets the wrong stress. That's why you hear the agent handling your own scenarios on test calls, and anyone who asks for a person gets one, or a callback.
Do I need to change my business number?
Usually not. You keep your number and forward calls to the agent: always, only after hours, or only when nobody answers after a few rings. Exactly what's possible depends on your phone provider or PBX, and we check that on the first call. A separate new number is also an option, for example a dedicated line for Russian speakers.
What happens when the agent doesn't understand or doesn't know the answer?
It's built not to guess and answers only from information you've approved. If it didn't catch something, it asks again in different words; if that fails, or the question is outside the script, it transfers the call by your rules or takes a callback request and sends it to your WhatsApp with a short summary. AI can still get things wrong, so every call is logged and reviewed.
How much does an AI voice agent cost?
It depends on your calls, which is why there's no figure here — any number would be either inflated or misleading. Setup grows with the number of call types, languages and integrations; running costs grow with minutes. One way to keep both down: start with after-hours or unanswered calls only, and expand once you see it pays off. Call 050-854-2579 or message us on WhatsApp and we'll work it out with you.
How long until the agent answers real customers?
Three things set the pace: how many call types it handles, which systems need connecting, and how quickly we get approved answers and calendar access from you. An agent that explains opening hours and takes callback requests goes live sooner than one that moves appointments inside specialised software. Either way, we start with a soft launch after hours and expand once we've read the first calls.
Who updates the agent after launch?
Businesses change: holiday hours, a new service, a staff member who left. After launch we go through the call log with you, fix phrasings that confused callers and update the information. A simple change, like opening hours before Pesach, starts with a message to us. The scope of support is agreed in advance, so you know exactly what's included.
Let's look at your phone line together
Tell us when it rings most, what people ask and which calls get lost. We'll tell you honestly whether an AI voice agent will pay off for you, or whether a WhatsApp bot or smarter call forwarding is enough. WhatsApp or phone: 050-854-2579.
